They advertised an interview with Nick Lea in this issue, but there isn't one. They did rate Krycek #2 on their poll of X-FILES' top 20 villains.
Only CSM was rated eviler.
There was also a letter from a fan in Australia, praising Nick, and several photos (none of them new, alas).
